Book at the Resort
To ensure everyone can fully participate in all wedding festivities, we kindly ask that all guests reserve their stay through our room block at Paradisus Playa del Carmen. All extra-matrimony events will be hosted on-site, and those not staying at the resort will need to purchase a day pass to attend. Reserving through our block not only simplifies your experience but also guarantees your access to all the celebrations.
Pay 50% by February 1st
Timely payment ensures that your reservation is secured and helps us avoid any potential penalties. We understand that travel planning can be costly, so if you have any concerns with this date, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Any rooms not paid up to 50% of the reservation by this date with be relinquished.
Adults only
(at the Ceremony & Reception)
While we welcome you to bring your children to Mexico, we kindly request that the ceremony & reception themselves be an adults-only event. The resort offers excellent all-day childcare services, available until 11 PM, so you can enjoy the ceremony and reception with peace of mind.

How to Book
1.
Book your room on the portal
Click the button below to reserve your room. It will take you to our group's reservation portal. It will give you the total amount for your reservation. Enter your payment information and confirm to start the booking process.
You will not be charged at this step!
2.
Wait for an Email
You will receive an email from our group's reservation coordinator, Aldo Peña where you can add upgrades, extras, and change your reservations.
3.
Pay for your first night
You will confirm your reservation by only paying for the first night of your reservation. The rest can be paid at the hotel.
However, we kindly request that 50% be paid by February 1st so we can return unused rooms.
